1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Lavelin Consulting AB ("we", "the Company") collects, uses and protects personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

We may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• CV / LinkedIn / career information voluntarily provided
• Telegram user ID and Telegram username, collected when using the free Career Snapshot via @Career_Journey_bot
• Payment information processed securely by Stripe, Revolut or other providers
• Technical data (cookies, analytics tools)

We do not collect sensitive data unless voluntarily submitted.

3. How We Use the Data

We use personal data for:

• Providing consulting services
• Preparing sessions and reviewing documents
• Producing the free Career Snapshot, an automated AI analysis of a CV and stated career goal delivered through @Career_Journey_bot
• Sending communication related to the service
• Improving our website and processes

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except service providers essential for service delivery.

4. Legal Basis

Data is processed on the basis of:

• The performance of a contract
• Consent, given by the client or, for the free Career Snapshot, by the person who chooses to submit a CV and career goal to the bot
• Our legitimate interest to operate the business

5. Data Sharing

We may share data with:

• Communication tools (Zoom, Calendly)
• Telegram, which carries every message and file exchanged with @Career_Journey_bot and is subject to its own privacy policy
• Payment providers (Stripe / Revolut / others)
• Cloud storage services (Notion, Google Drive, OneDrive)

All providers comply with GDPR or equivalent safeguards.

6. AI Processing and Sub-processors

CV content and the stated career goal submitted through the free Career Snapshot in @Career_Journey_bot are processed by Anthropic (Claude API) for automated AI analysis.

• Anthropic (Claude API): provides AI analysis of the submitted CV and career goal. Anthropic is located in the United States. The transfer of data to the United States relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Anthropic's API is contractually committed not to train on customer data.

No other AI provider is used for the Career Snapshot service.

7. Data Retention

We store personal data only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements.

For the free Career Snapshot specifically:

• The CV file you upload is deleted from our servers as soon as the analysis finishes. We do not keep a copy of it, and we do not keep the text extracted from it.
• The stated career goal is retained for 12 months from the date it was submitted, then deleted.
• Your Telegram user ID and the resulting fit score are kept as an operational record of the service having been delivered.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent
• Object to processing
• Request data portability

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
